In October 2023, the Yaya Foundation hosted its 2023 Family & Scientific Conference, which brought together more than 100 families, researchers, and clinicians in our 4H Leukodystrophy Community.

In this presentation, Shane Janick, Executive Director of the ARC of Philadelphia, provides strategies in which individuals can become more active in advocacy for themselves and loved ones.
