Roberta La Piana, MD, PhD, is an Assistant Professor in McGill’s Department of Neurology and Neurosurgery and Associate Member of the Department of Diagnostic Radiology. Dr. La Piana’s primary area of research examines late-onset undiagnosed forms of leukoencephalopathies and their overlap with acquired myelin diseases. Her interdisciplinary profile combines a clinical background with expertise in neuroradiology and genetics.
