I am interested in participating in a clinic visit and/or research visit while I attend the Yaya Foundation Family & Scientific Conference. How do I schedule that visit?

What should I expect at the Yaya Foundation Family & Scientific Conference?

The conference will be held on Saturday, October 14th at CHOP at the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia Ruth and Tristram Colket, Jr. Translational Research Building on the Raymond G. Perelman Campus First Floor, Conference Rooms 1100A/B and 1200A/B. The physical address is 3501 Civic Center Blvd. Philadelphia, PA 19104.  A map of the venue is provided on the right.

Hotel accommodations will be available at the Study Hotel at University City, which is located at S 33rd St, Philadelphia, PA 19104. The hotel is less than ½ mile from CHOP. Accessible shuttle services will be provided between the hotel and the conference site at CHOP on Saturday, October 14th.

Dinner will be provided Friday, October 13th as part of our Yaya Foundation Five Year Celebration, and meals and snacks will be provided all day and evening on Saturday, October 14th.

I want to come to the conference, but I may require financial assistance. Who should I talk to?
